HORIZON ON VILLA

Horizon on Villa is a $72.2 million mixed income housing development in Phoenix, Arizona, delivering 109 units across three buildings of two and three stories, with (1) to (5) bedroom units. Completed through the LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) system, the project is focused on affordable housing, working to provide equitable homes for the Phoenix, Arizona area. The development also includes the historic preservation and adaptive reuse of five original buildings into a community center serving the Edison Eastlake neighborhood. Rafael Tudor led Project Design and Project Management, providing overall leadership to the project team through design and delivery, while employed by Gorman & Company.
