SAN DAMIANO PARK

San Damiano Park is a lakefront public waterfront, consisting of 10 acres, along the shores of Lake Monona in Monona, Wisconsin.
The Phase I Conceptual Development Plan, unanimously approved by the Monona Common Council, introduces improved Site Access, Parking, a new boat-dock and lake entry points, a Waterfront Patio, and the adaptive reuse of the historic Frank Allis House into a welcoming community hub.
Rafael Tudor serves as a Board Member of Friends of San Damiano and, through a pro-bono agreement, conceptualized the Phase I vision, worked alongside fellow board members to define its scope, and created the visual boards used for fundraising and ongoing community discussions.
